Lighting products of superior quality, with the most advanced optics and choice of materials.
Light is directed where you need it.
The Most Advanced Optics & Superior Quality
Meltron has been involved in the lighting business for the past 30 years and has almost 20 years of comprehensive experience in the industrial interdisciplinary R&D of LED lighting. This experience incorporates nano-scale Diffractive Optics (DO), selection of hybrid materials with optimised thermodynamics, and the selection of the best quality components in electronics.
Directing light precisely where you need it!
Traditional light sources often emit light in all directions, and use inefficient reflectors to distribute light. This results in uneven pools of light in the space being lit, while at the same time, by distributing light in the wrong direction, causing severe light pollution, as well as wasting significant amounts of energy.
LEDs produce directional light at a wide angle, and Meltron Property Lighting System controls this light output by using the most advanced optics and lens technology, which distributes light extremely efficiently. This means that fewer luminaries are required for a specific space, while at the same time, energy consumption is significantly reduced.
The most advanced thermal management, and low drive currents form the solid base for higher efficacies and longer lifetimes.
Meltron’s audited Quality Control System, along with the selection of the best quality components from the most reliable manufacturers, guarantees superior quality throughout Meltron’s range of LED lighting systems.
Long life cycle with less energy!
Meltron’s lighting lasts far longer, 75,000 hours or more, compared to traditional light sources.
Meltron’s lighting systems work extremely well without mechanical or electrical failures, in hot or cold environments worldwide.
LEDs are 100% recyclable.
Get the most out of every kilowatt hour.
As power consumption and maintenance requirements are reduced significantly, Meltron LED lighting is both an economical, and environmentally friendly choice for your lighting system.
The ecological benefits of the products are further enhanced, due to the fact that they contain no environmentally harmful materials whatsoever. LED products are ideal for outdoor use, as they provide 100% lighting power even in cold conditions (cold resistance). Additionally, they light up immediately, at full power when switched on, without the delays cold temperatures can cause to other lighting technologies.
LED’s contain no environmentally harmful materials whatsoever. Retrofitting to LEDs creates energy efficiencies, reducing our carbon footprint—the impact of human activities regarding the amount of greenhouse gases produced. Compact fluorescent light bulbs contain a remarkable amount of toxic mercury: 4mg to 6mg per bulb. Fluorescent light tubes contain approximately 20mg of mercury per tube.

Value for Investment
Meltron’s LED Property Lighting lasts significantly longer than other light sources. With a lifetime of over 75,000 hours, they will deliver several years of continuous operation.
Durable and long lasting, in both hot and cold temperatures, Meltron’s luminaires virtually eliminate maintenance costs, thus allowing service personnel to concentrate on other jobs.
Meltron’s lighting ensures that light is available whenever needed, meaning that safety and security is also considerably improved.
In cooperation with a financing company, Meltron offers a way to finance the purchase of Meltron’s Property Lighting for no up front payment. The payment of the monthly loan installments can often be less than the monthly electricity bills for the old lighting. Ownership of the lighting is handed over to the customer on payment of the final installment, and a nominal fee of a percentage of the original loan.
